Dr. Shara Ripp joined BCVH in 2006 after earning her DVM from Cornell in 2004 and her B.S. in Biology in 2000. Living in Rhode Island since 2005, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, two kids, and their pets - a cat, Tibetan Terrier, and hound mix. At work, her goal is to help clients provide the best care for their pets through education and support.

Dr. Schenck, a Tufts graduate (2014) with a biochemistry degree from UMass Dartmouth, returned to Southeastern Massachusetts to practice general medicine. She is passionate about community care and enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband and two cats, Nyx and Buddy.

Associate Veterinarian

Michelle joined BCVH in 2013 and has grown from technician to CVT, Lead Tech, and now Practice Manager. While she enjoys leadership, her passion remains working hands-on with patients and clients. At home, she loves baking, crafting with her kids, and spending time with her husband, two children, and three cats.

Linda is a CVT with over 17 years of experience and a degree in animal science from Mount Ida College. She enjoys working with pocket pets and wildlife. At home, she cares for a variety of pets including reptiles, guinea pigs, a cat, and her dog, Daisey Kate.

I graduated from Roger Williams University in 2006 with a degree in biology and soon began working in the veterinary field, later earning my CVT. I joined BCVH in 2018 and also hold a Medical Laboratory Technology license, working at a local hospital lab. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my dogs and transforming my front yard into a perennial garden, all while caring for a house full of critters.

Abby graduated from New England Tech in 2015 as a certified veterinary technician and has been with the hospital since July 2015!

Jayde joined BCVH in 2018 after volunteering with Paws Watch and Save a Lab. She earned her associate's degree in Veterinary Technology from the New England Institute of Technology in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, painting, traveling, and relaxing at home with her two dogs, Mason and Minnie, and her cats, Sabrina and Archie.

Megan joined BCVH in 2019 after moving back from Hawaii and graduated from Rhode Island College in 2021 with a degree in biology and chemistry, focusing on fish biomechanics. She enjoys horror movies, anime, and spending time with her pets, including her dog Bear, cat Kibby, chinchillas, chickens, a frog, and Madagascar hissing cockroaches.
